Do I need to own property to use these guides?

Do I need Airbnb experience?
No. Our beginner packages are designed for people starting from scratch, while our more advanced kits cover management, systems, automation and scaling.
Which package should I start with?
If you're completely new, we recommend the Airbnb Zero-Property Starter. If you're specifically interested in managing properties for owners, choose the Co-Host Business Kit. The Business Pro Kit and Airbnb Empire Kit are designed for customers looking for more advanced strategies.
Are these physical books?
No. All our products are 100% digital eBooks. Nothing will be delivered by courier.
How will I receive my eBook?
After successful payment, your digital product will be made available electronically through a download link, email or the digital delivery method shown during checkout.
How quickly will I receive my purchase?
Digital products are generally available immediately after successful payment confirmation. Occasionally, payment verification or technical processing may cause a short delay.
I haven't received my eBook. What should I do?

Can I make money from Airbnb without owning property?
There are legitimate business models that do not require you to purchase investment property, including co-hosting and property management. However, opportunities, requirements and results vary, and no income or business results are guaranteed.
Can I rent a property and put it on Airbnb?
Only where you have the necessary permission and are allowed to do so. Rental arbitrage or subletting may require explicit landlord/property-owner consent and compliance with your lease, building or body-corporate rules, platform requirements and applicable local regulations.
Do your eBooks guarantee that I'll make money?

Can I share my eBook with someone else?
